Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy sauce Use low-sodium for a healthier option.
  • ¼ cup honey Adjust sweetness to preference.
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated Can substitute with ground ginger.
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce Adjust according to spice preference.

Thickening Agent

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water Cold water is best for slurry.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the saucepan and stir well.

Cooking

  • Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and use the Dragon Sauce as desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat gently on the stove.
