Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce adjust to spice preference

Thickening Agent

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sriracha.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Pour the slurry into the saucepan and stir well.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  • Once thickened, remove from heat and use the Dragon Sauce as desired.

Notes

Store leftover Dragon Sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze in ice cube trays for easy portioning. Reheat on the stove over low heat when ready to use. Adjust the amount of sriracha for heat preference.
