Main ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups bell peppers (red, yellow, green) sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch for seasoning chicken
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove chicken and add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers to the pan, sauté until softened.
  • Return chicken to the pan and add soy sauce and chili sauce, tossing to coat everything evenly.

Serving

  • Serve hot with rice or noodles.

Notes

Dragon Chicken pairs beautifully with steamed jasmine rice or noodles. For extra flavor, add a fresh cucumber salad on the side or drizzle extra chili sauce on top if you enjoy heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
