Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough until it’s about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into small squares or rectangles for easy filling.
- In the center of each piece of dough, place a spoonful of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese, and some crumbled sausage.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create rolls, pinching the edges securely to seal.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil, then roll them in the crushed Doritos.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
These rolls can be personalized with different fillings. For a vegetarian option, skip the sausage and add extra veggies. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
