  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 lb Ground beef Cooked and drained
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 can Diced green chilies
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese For topping
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning Optional

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef with the cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, diced green chilies, and taco seasoning if using.

Assembly and Baking

  • In a baking dish, layer crunched-up Doritos, followed by the beef mixture, and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Best served hot right out of the oven. Pairs well with a simple green salad or garlic bread. If storing leftovers, let the casserole cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To reheat, warm in the oven until heated through.
