- 2 cups Oat Flour You can make your own by blending rolled oats.
Wet Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas Adds natural sweetness and moisture.
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Ensure it's sugar-free and xylitol-free.
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree Good source of fiber and vitamin A.
- 1 unit Egg Binds the ingredients and aids in rising.
- optional Honey For added sweetness, but less is more for dogs.

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan or muffin tin.
- In a bowl, combine the oat flour, ensuring there are no lumps.
- In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas and mix in the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and egg until well blended.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently to combine. Be careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan. Optionally, top with yogurt as icing for extra flair.
- Cut into slices for your doggy friends or serve whole as a centerpiece.
Notes
Store leftovers in individual portions in the freezer for future treats. Use ripe bananas which are speckled for maximum sweetness and avoid opening the oven while baking.
