- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped dill pickles, and cubed cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss to combine.
- If desired, add chopped fresh dill for extra flavor.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
Store any leftover Dill Pickle Pasta Salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. It can be frozen for up to a month, but texture may change. Best enjoyed fresh.
