  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice

  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper spice blend Can be adjusted for taste.
  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped Chop finely for better distribution.
  • 8 ounces Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, onion powder, garlic powder, and lemon pepper spice blend.
  • Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the chopped dill pickles, shredded Colby jack cheese, and fresh dill.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.

Serving

  • Unwrap the cheese ball from the plastic wrap and place it on a serving platter.
  • Serve with crackers, fresh vegetables, or bread.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Customize with additional ingredients like diced red peppers or crumbled bacon.
