  • 1/2 cup sour cream For a lighter version, consider using Greek yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise You can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Fresh lemon juice is best.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter Can use melted butter for added richness.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, chopped vegetables, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. Pairs well with grilled chicken, fish, garden salad, or roasted potatoes. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
