  • 1 pound bean sprouts (blanched)
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)

Sauce ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Korean chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a pot, boil 2 cups water and blanch the bean sprouts for 1-2 minutes.
  • Drain and set aside in a clean bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine the grated garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, Korean chili flakes, and sesame seeds to make the sauce.
  • Transfer the sauce to the bowl of bean sprouts and mix well until everything is combined.
  • Ready to eat. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Best enjoyed cold. Consider keeping the dressing separate until ready to serve for optimal freshness.
