Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 roll refrigerated cookie dough

Topping

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese Use room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a pizza pan.
  • Bake the cookie dough for about 10-12 minutes, or until it turns golden brown.
  • Let the cookie crust cool completely.

Filling and Topping

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and drizzle the caramel sauce over everything.
  • Chill the pizza in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra treat, add a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
