  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 lemon Juice of Alternatively, use lime juice for a citrusy twist.
  • 1/3 cup green onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup seedless cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped Can mix with fresh basil or cilantro for variation.
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill Mix with fresh dill for a burst of flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
