- In your crockpot, combine the remaining 2 1/2 cups of heavy cream with the whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the cocoa mixture to the crockpot, stirring until well incorporated.
- Pour in the chocolate chips and stir until they melt and the mixture is smooth.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally so all ingredients blend beautifully.
Serving
- When ready, serve hot, and top with mini marshmallows for that extra flair if desired.
Notes
Crockpot Hot Chocolate is best served fresh. For a festive touch, sprinkle cocoa powder or serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
