For the Candy
  • 10 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate melting wafers Choose your preferred type of melting chocolate.
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate chips Can be substituted with dark chocolate.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use creamy for best results.
  • 16 ounces dry roasted peanuts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the semi-sweet or dark chocolate melting wafers, white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and creamy peanut butter into your crockpot.
  2. Set your crockpot to low heat and cook for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally until everything is fully melted and combined smoothly.
  3. Stir in the dry roasted peanuts until they’re well coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
  4. Drop generous spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Let the candy cool and set before serving or gifting.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for extended shelf life.
