Ingredients
  

For the meatloaf

  • 1 cup milk (2% or higher)
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 1 ounce packets au jus gravy mix, divided use
  • 2 1 ounce packets ranch seasoning mix, divided use

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  • Add one packet each of the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix to the bowl and stir until combined.
  • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the Crock Pot.
  • Sprinkle the remaining packets of au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix over the meatloaf.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is cooked through.
  • Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and steamed green beans for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days; it can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
