Ingredients
  

For the meatloaf mixture

  • 1 cup milk (2% or higher)
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 packets au jus gravy mix, divided use 1 packet for the mixture, 1 packet for topping
  • 2 packets ranch seasoning mix, divided use 1 packet for the mixture, 1 packet for topping

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the milk, beaten eggs, and sugar.
  • Mix in one packet each of the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle the remaining au jus and ranch seasoning on top.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until cooked through.

Notes

For added moisture, consider incorporating finely chopped vegetables, such as bell peppers or carrots, into the meatloaf mixture. Use lean ground beef or substitute with ground turkey for a healthier version. Adjust the seasoning to your liking; you can add more ranch seasoning for extra flavor or experiment with spices like paprika or garlic powder. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
