  • 1 cup milk (2% or higher)
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 packets au jus gravy mix (1 ounce each), divided use
  • 2 packets ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce each), divided use

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk, beaten eggs, and granulated sugar.
  • Add one packet of au jus gravy mix and one packet of ranch seasoning mix to the bowl and mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the Crock Pot.
  • Sprinkle the remaining au jus and ranch seasoning mixes on top of the meatloaf.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Serve warm.

Notes
