  • 1 cup milk (2% or higher)
  • 2 large eggs, well beaten
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 2 packets (1 ounce) au jus gravy mix, divided use
  • 2 packets (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix, divided use

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and granulated sugar.
  2. Add in the au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning mix, mixing until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in the crock pot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meatloaf is fully cooked.
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For the best experience, serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days, or freeze individual slices for up to 3 months.
