Preparation
- Place the frozen meatballs in the Crock Pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix.
- Pour the mixture over the meatballs.
- Add the pepperoncini peppers and butter on top.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until meatballs are heated through and flavors are combined.
Serving
- Serve warm as an appetizer or over rice/pasta for dinner.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeƱos or crushed red pepper flakes. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
