  • 32 oz frozen diced potatoes 1 bag
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a slow cooker, combine the sliced kielbasa, frozen diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • During the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheese and stir to combine.
  • Serve hot.
