  • 1 pound pound of sausages (e.g., smoked sausage, cocktail sausages)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the sausages to the bowl and toss to coat them in the glaze.
  3. Transfer the sausages and glaze to a crock pot.
  4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1.5-2 hours, until the sausages are heated through and glazed.
  5. Serve warm, keeping them in the slow cooker to stay warm.

Notes

Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks, or with rice or mashed potatoes for a full meal. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for 2 months. Variations include using different types of sausages or adding vegetables for extra flavor.
