Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into uniform chunks.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and half the parmesan.

Baking

  • Spread potatoes on a lined baking sheet without overcrowding.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown; flip halfway through.
  • In the last five minutes, sprinkle remaining parmesan on top.

Serving

Notes
