Ingredients
  

Flatbread Base

  • 2 pieces flatbreads or naan You can use pita bread for individual servings.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil.

Toppings

  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced Use any other cheese if desired.
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries You can substitute with cherries.
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted Toasting enhances flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional) Optional for added flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey, for drizzling Drizzle before serving.
  • 1 pinch sea salt For seasoning.
  • 1 pinch cracked black pepper For seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and lightly brush them with olive oil.
  • Evenly layer the brie slices across the flatbreads.
  • Top with cranberries, toasted almonds, and thyme, if you are using it.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are crisp and golden.
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Slice the flatbread and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to retain crispness. Experiment with different cheeses or add fresh fruits like sliced pears or figs.
