Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces flatbreads (naan or store-bought flatbread)
  • 150 g brie cheese, sliced Use a good quality brie for best flavor.
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds Can toast the almonds beforehand for enhanced flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional) Can omit if desired.
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Lightly brush the flatbreads with olive oil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Evenly distribute the brie slices across the flatbreads.
  • Top with dried cranberries and sliced almonds.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the edges of the flatbread are golden and crisp.
  • Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary if using.
  • Slice and serve warm as an appetizer or light meal.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be reheated in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes.
