  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying Choose a neutral oil like canola or vegetable.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Dredge each fish fillet in the flour mixture, ensuring it is well coated.
  2. Fry the coated fish fillets in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
