- Heat neutral oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dredge the brie in flour, then dip it in the beaten egg, and finally coat it in panko breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the breaded brie in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and let it drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with hot honey drizzled on top.
Notes
For leftovers, store any unconsumed crispy brie in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 5-10 minutes. Freezing is not recommended.
