Ingredients
  

For the Egg Rolls
  • 8 pieces egg roll wrappers
  • 150 g brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce or cranberry jam
  • 1 piece egg (for sealing)
  • Oil for frying Oil for frying Ensure oil is hot enough before frying.
For the Spiced Honey Dip
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by placing a slice of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each egg roll wrapper.
  2. Brush the edges of the egg roll wrapper with beaten egg to create a seal.
  3. Carefully roll up the wrapper, tucking in the sides as you go.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Making the Dip
  1. For the spiced honey dip, mix honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a small bowl until well combined.
Serving
  1. Serve the egg rolls warm alongside the spiced honey dip.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a hot oven for about 10 minutes. Freeze for up to a month if cooled completely. Experiment with fillings and add herbs for additional flavors.
