Ingredients
  

For the wraps

  • 4 sheets phyllo pastry (or 4 small tortillas) Use fresh phyllo pastry for the best texture.
  • 6 oz feta cheese, cut into 4 rectangular pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter Brush generously on the wraps.
  • 1 tbsp hot honey (or honey mixed with chili flakes) Adjust for desired spice level.
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Pinch sea salt

  • fresh mint or chili flakes Optional for serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Place a piece of feta in the center of each phyllo sheet (or tortilla).
  • Fold the sides over the cheese and roll tightly to form a neat wrap.
  • Brush each wrap generously with olive oil or melted butter.

Baking

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
  • Drizzle with spicy honey immediately after baking, sprinkle with oregano and sea salt, and garnish with fresh mint or chili flakes.

Serving

  • Serve warm as an irresistible appetizer or snack with a sweet-spicy crunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C). You can freeze unbaked wraps, placing parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking and bake from frozen with additional time.
