  • 6 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked and seasoned chicken
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Chilis Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 cup Cheese Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack is recommended
  • to taste Olive oil or cooking spray For coating
  • to taste Toppings (optional) Guacamole, lettuce, more salsa

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, sour cream, salsa, chilis, and cheese until well combined.
  • Place a tortilla on a flat surface, add a portion of the chicken mixture, and roll it tightly.
  • Place the rolled flautas seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray or brush the flautas with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite toppings. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes for best results.
