Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Take a wonton wrapper and gently press it into each muffin cup, forming a little cup shape.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced onion, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup, filling them generously to the top.
- Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the wontons are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until heated through and crispy.
