  • 0.25 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup diced onion

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper and gently press it into each muffin cup, forming a little cup shape.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it’s browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced onion, and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup, filling them generously to the top.
  6. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges of the wontons are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until heated through and crispy.
