  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup butter for sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce, for garnish
  • Tomato slices, for garnish

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the flour, cooking for a minute, then gradually whisk in the milk and heavy cream. Continue to whisk until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, and cream mixture.
  • Lay out each tortilla and place a portion of the filling in the center.
  • Roll the tortillas up tightly to form wraps.
  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and grill the wraps until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Slice in half and serve with lettuce and tomato.

Notes

Serve these wraps with a side of crispy potato wedges or a light garden salad. Pair with extra ranch dressing for dipping or a tangy barbecue sauce. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
