  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne Adjust to control heat level
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, cayenne, oregano, thyme, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store Creole seasoning in a cool, dry place for up to six months. Adjust cayenne for desired heat and feel free to experiment with additional herbs and spices.
