Preparation

  • Combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, cayenne, oregano, thyme, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Use immediately, or store your Creole Seasoning in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Notes

Store in an airtight container away from moisture for up to six months. If a change in aroma or color occurs, make a fresh batch. Experiment with the proportions for a personalized blend.
