Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits

  • 1 cup Strawberries, sliced Use fresh, ripe strawberries.
  • 2 medium Bananas, sliced Toss in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  • 1 cup Pineapple, chopped Use fresh pineapple for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Grapes, whole Preferred seedless variety.
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh blueberries are best.

Creamy Dressing

  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream Chill for better whipping.
  • 3 tablespoons Granulated sugar Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Use pure vanilla for best flavor.
  • pinch Salt Enhances sweetness.

Optional Extras

  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts or coconut For added texture.

Preparation

  • Wash and dry your fruits thoroughly.
  • Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces and keep grapes whole.
  • Slice bananas last to prevent browning.

Make the Whipped Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream.
  • Add granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Use an electric mixer to whip until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.

Combine

  • In a large bowl, gently fold whipped cream into the prepared fruits until all fruits are coated.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Top with additional fruit or nuts before serving if desired.

Notes

Serve with a sprig of mint for an elegant touch. This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
