  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded Can substitute with turkey.
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix Alternatives available.
  • 1 cup chicken broth Use low-sodium if desired.
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup Can use low-sodium version.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Alternatives for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the Stove Top stuffing mix until it’s fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the mixture is heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a dollop of sour cream. Feel free to mix in veggies for extra nutrition. Try different cheeses for variety.
