Cooking the Steak

- Remove steak and set aside.
Preparing the Pasta
- Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add pasta and 3 cups water to skillet.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
Combining Ingredients
- Pour in heavy cream and add all cheeses.
- Stir until cheese melts and sauce becomes creamy.
- Return steak to skillet and mix gently until well-coated with cheese sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave, adding a splash of water or extra cream to loosen the sauce if needed. You can freeze the pasta for up to 2 months, but note that the texture may change upon reheating.
