Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak, thinly sliced (ribeye, sirloin, or personal preference) Choose your preferred cut of steak.
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced steak, cooking until browned. Remove it from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and minced garlic. Sauté them until softened and fragrant.
  3. Toss in the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  4. Once the tortellini is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  5. Return the cooked steak to the skillet, combining all the ingredients. Allow everything to heat through for a few moments.
  6. Season the dish with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for that final touch.

Notes

For best results, slice your steak against the grain for tenderness. Marinating the steak beforehand can elevate the flavors. Don't hesitate with seasonings, as salt and pepper enhance the overall taste.
