Cooking Pasta and Sauce

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
  • Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
