Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine one packet of sugar-free gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
  • Mix in 1 cup of cold water and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • In another bowl, pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and whip it until soft peaks form.
  • Add your preferred keto-friendly sweetener to taste, whisk until well combined.
  • Gently fold the cooled gelatin mixture into the whipped cream, stir slowly to maintain fluffiness.
  • Transfer the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Notes

Keep an eye on the gelatin mixture as it cools, and ensure it doesn't set too quickly before folding it into the whipped cream. Use a chilled bowl for whipping cream to achieve better volume.
