Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Roasting
  1. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 20-25 minutes until tender and golden.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Serving
  1. Once the potatoes are done, pour the creamy garlic sauce over them and toss to coat.
