  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can be substituted with coconut cream.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated; use nutritional yeast for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For seasoning.
  • Salt and pepper To taste Essential for enhancing flavor.
  • Fresh parsley For garnish Adds a fresh touch.

Preparation

  • Season your chicken with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of paprika. Let it rest.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter. Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream, scraping the skillet to release flavorful bits.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted. If too thick, add a tablespoon of chicken stock.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sautéed vegetables or salad.

Notes

Always allow chicken to come to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Use a skillet that retains good heat to prevent sticking.
