Cooking the Chicken
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from skillet and set aside.
Making the Sauce
- In the same skillet, add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combining
- Cook linguine according to package instructions, then drain and add to the sauce.
- Toss in the cooked chicken and mix until well coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a wholesome meal, serve with a garden salad and garlic bread. Add extra Parmesan on top for an indulgent touch. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months.
