Ingredients

Chicken Alfredo Filling
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For cooking the chicken
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter Adds creaminess to the sauce
Biscuit Dough
  • 1 lb refrigerated biscuit dough
Garnish
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and butter. Cook until the sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Flatten each biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the chicken Alfredo mixture in the center. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  2. Place the filled dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  2. Serve these delicious bombs warm, straight from the oven. They make a great appetizer or main dish.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy. You can add extra cheese or herbs to the filling for more flavor. To make the bombs a bit crispy, brush the tops with melted butter before baking.
