  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut Extra for garnishing.

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more banana or use frozen pineapple chunks. Decorate with a small slice of pineapple or a cherry if desired. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator, best enjoyed within a day, or freeze in an ice cube tray to use later.
