  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed for brightness
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs such as basil or parsley
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients: sun-dried tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.
  • In a food processor, combine the sun-dried tomatoes and cream cheese. Pulse until smooth.
  • Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until combined.
  • Add your choice of fresh herbs and pulse gently to distribute.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with herbs or a drizzle of olive oil.

Notes

Prepare the dip a few hours ahead for better flavor meld.
