  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened for easier mixing.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, pork sausage, cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese.
  3. Mix everything until well combined. Use your hands if needed for a better mix!
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
