Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, pork sausage, cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese.
- Mix everything until well combined. Use your hands if needed for a better mix!
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm as an appetizer and enjoy!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven until warm.
