Preparation
  1. Wash the celery stalks and cut them into your desired lengths.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dried cranberries, and chopped pecans.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended.
  4. Carefully fill each celery stalk with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed celery on a platter and serve as a festive snack.

Notes

For creative serving, garnish with herbs and pair with cheese and crackers. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Keep the filling separate from celery to maintain crunch.
