Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped cranberries, orange zest, and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just starting to turn golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet and transfer to a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
