Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the salted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the orange zest and orange juice.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
