Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut a circular opening in the top of the sourdough loaf and remove some of the bread from inside to create a hollow space.
- In a bowl, mix the brie cheese cubes and dried cranberries together.
- Fill the hollowed-out loaf with the brie and cranberry mixture.
Baking
- Place the stuffed loaf on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with an arugula salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette for balance. To store leftovers, wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven.
