  • 1 round round sourdough loaf (20-25 cm diameter) Use high-quality sourdough for best flavor.
  • 170 grams brie cheese, cut into small cubes You can experiment with different cheese varieties.
  • 45 grams dried cranberries Optional variations include adding citrus zest.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut a circular opening in the top of the sourdough loaf and remove some of the bread from inside to create a hollow space.
  3. In a bowl, mix the brie cheese cubes and dried cranberries together.
  4. Fill the hollowed-out loaf with the brie and cranberry mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the stuffed loaf on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with an arugula salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette for balance. To store leftovers, wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven.
