  • Add the cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a blender.
  • Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve the pudding immediately, or cover with a lid and keep refrigerated for a maximum of 3 days before eating.

Notes

Consider adding fresh berries, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra flavor. Use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture. You can substitute cottage cheese with silken tofu for a vegan version.
